Method of application: 

1. Get some scissors tweezers and a tiny bowl of water.
2. Cut the sheet around the design you wish to apply, without going near the edge of the design. 
3. Dip the design in water, possible soaking it for some time, and then use the tweezers to slide the design off the sheet.
4. Apply nail polish of any colour and then place the design on the nail polish.
   
5. Allow to dry.
