Orders are generally shipped on the same day if placed before 3pm.
Delivery within Australia is by Australia Post and usually takes 4–5 business days after dispatch for items sent as letters, and about a day longer for parcels.

We take full responsibility for damaged items, but may ask for a photo. To reduce wastage we may also use our own RECYCLED PACKAGING that is in a good condition.
Consider the weekend as "dead time" in terms of postal services. An order purchased on Friday may not be sent until Monday although we will do our best to get orders around 4pm away before close at 5pm.
We offer regular domestic, express post and similar international postage options.
